We are so grateful this local store had original appliance parts. Come prepared with the model number of the appliance you need parts for. We were able to ask questions and see the part before purchasing, and didn’t have to wait for shipping! Also so grateful for Saturday hours that allowed us to buy the part and fix our dishwasher. We’ll be back the next time we need to do an appliance repair! Not impressed. I needed suspension rods for my Samsung washing machine. Normally I'd order them online but having the parts immediately was resonating. Online they $33 dollars a piece. At Kearsley, one suspension rod was 80+ dollars. And they only had one in stock. Plus, it took forever. How long should it take to find a single part? Stores like this need to get with the times and at least take a stab at innovating and trying to serve there customers better.
There's not a better place anywhere in town than this for AC stuff. Anytime I've had a problem they have helped me find the solution and the parts I need.

After looking around all day and online I called Alan at Dick Kearsley, he had exactly what I needed at a quarter of the OEM price. Amazon had a part that was slightly cheaper but it came with a long delivery time and no assurance that it would work correctly. I highly recommend checking here first before wasting time like I did.
