This place is terrible. They don’t take responsibility for their actions and they try to make you deal with them. For instance, the first month I moved in 6/2017, their office manager stole my $500 money order which was later proven. They tried to make ME research it, even though I provided them with receipts and signatures saying it was paid. It was also my move in date, they wouldn’t have given me the keys had I not paid...but they did, because I did... this literally went on till the new year. And now yesterday their land... read more
RecommendedManagement and staff have always been quick to address any issue, whether large or small. We have lived here for over 20 years and would not consider living anywhere else. Thank you Marianne, Bonnie, Bob, and Rocky for everything you do to make sure we are taken care of.
The property manager Mary Ann is very unprofessional (she's literally a joke) didn't want to fix a leaky ceiling in the kitchen , had ROACHES in the apartment. Maintenance guys barely knew how to fix anything! She should be fired from how the way she run things . Suski gone end up getting a lawsuit dealing with with her

RecommendedI have really enjoyed living at Silver Creek Apartments over the past year. They are very quiet and clean. Both the management and staff are very nice and respond quickly to requests for help.
Do not recommend this dump it’s full of drugs and rift raft. Then when you try to leave for the safety of yourself they try and charge you an arm and a leg. Suski should be ashamed of the establishment he has created and the selfish way to take people’s money!!!!!
