They never answer the phone! They don’t text you back with any updates. They keep your car for weeks. My car has been there since Monday. I called and texted the service number all day Monday and no response. Finally Tuesday Sean service advisor calls and says oh I tried texting yesterday but didn’t hear back, doesn’t think to call, finally Tuesday afternoon was able to talk to him via text. Never buy a Kia, never come back to this dealership, absolutely disappointed of personal’s attitude to their clients
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. The location is unprofessional, communication is non-existent. I’ve been getting the runaround for over a year—a full year—and not a single issue has been resolved. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere!!!!
My wife and I are from Arizona. While in San Diego last week our transmission went out on our Kia Soul. It's difficult enough when this happens at home, but when you're hundreds of miles away it's twice as bad. Service advisor Sean Aguirre went to work for us and in less than a week we had a new transmission in our car. We never expected to have it completed so soon. My Kia vehicle has been stuck here for 10+ days with a relatively simple repair. The only reason I picked this place is due to the OEM part replacement. I have not been able to get an update for days. I called and texted. No emails, phone calls, or text. I'm paying for my rental out of pocket and every single day costs me.
