I bought a brand new car, but it arrived with a damaged front bumper. It's been a month to schedule an appointment, even with a "Due Bill." When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told to bring it back next week as it would take 3-4 days to put on a new bumper.
Called last Saturday to ask a question about my vehicle and possible need of scheduling an appointment and was told that an advisor would call me back and it's Wednesday and I've still not received a call.
