Brought my TLX in for a diagnostic based upon some engine/motor/ transmission concerns. The Acura service team was very thorough and communicative - I particularly appreciated the text alerts and inspection reel. Our service technician Alex was very efficient and friendly, and in the end, I was very satisfied with the service. I will be back.
