scam place, in kahoots with H&A auto, they're very methodical in the little tricks they do to get you to pay more. was told i had to pay a $60 diagnostic fee for my window problem, i said let me think about it. went back another time after a few months for an oil change and one of their mechanic happily took a look at the window when i mentioned it. spent maybe less than a minute just playing with the window switches... when the bill came up and the owner saw it and tacked on a $60 "diagnostic fee". wow how did he remember? ... read more
