Booked a tour for 9 am this morning. Received multiple text confirmations, including one from Emy an hour prior. When I showed up, no one was in the office. I waited. I called. I texted. No response. Finally I left and texted them to say I was leaving. Not a single person has reached out to apologize or to explain why I was completely ghosted. Horrible customer service.

I lived here for about a year, I had to move from across the country and pick this complex sight unseen and it was the best decision I could have made. Very spacious units with a decent view of downtown Portland and in a great location near tons of restaurants and fun things to do. The people that work in the leasing office (Carlos and Dameion) really care about their residents and it shows, very polite and willing to work with you on all of your needs as a resident.
