In my opinion, I would not currently suggest moving into this property. There is an ongoing issue (months) with an unknown person pulling the fire alarm. They cannot even confirm whether it is an outside person getting into the building or a tenant pulling the alarm. The most recent alarm was at 6AM. Their responses to inquiries indicate this may continue, and there is no clear plan as to how to stop this. 2nd floor carpet smells like vomit
I visit my friends here often, and it’s a really nice building. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful; with lots of wildlife around like squirrels and even owls sometimes. It’s a quiet and charming property and my friend has a gorgeous bay window that I absolutely envy. Even as a guest, when house-sitting or pet-sitting for my friends here the front office staff is always so friendly and helpful if I have questions about anything. Clean property. Friendly staff. Wonderful location. I had a great time with my time spent here. No real issues of note. Floorboard with warp with ware but the management will fix them as needed. Would recommend.
Damien that was there around 1pm on 04/04/26 was rude. Most of the other apartments in the area were very nice and gave us tours. This guy had negative aura and despite the website showing units available to show he refused and just rushed us out. Talk about discrimination. After owner response: It was a Saturday. Not another community. I put the guys name that we unfortunately met, yet no response about that. He didn't even try to book us for an appointment or anything.
