This has been a great place to live for my family and I. Management is quick to respond to any service requests and questions. The maintenance team are punctual and professional. Their location is great because it is close to downtown Waunakee, parks, and schools. I would recommend this place to people I know!
Nice, comfortable apartments. Garage is kept clean. Sidewalks are kept cleared in winter although they use a ton of rock salt that hurts my friend's dog's paws. Good location.

I’ve lived in Kearney Meadows for 9 years. It was a great value. Rent included underground parking, large storage space, in unit washer/drier, dishwasher. The covered balcony was spacious. I also enjoyed a very spacious interior with vaulted ceilings and a loft. Neighbors here are super kind and considerate. The best part about living here is that it is on a quiet residential street far from busy traffic, but walking distance to downtown and parks.
