PROS The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Nothing extraordinary but there wasn't anything wrong with the rooms. The staff was nice, knowledgeable, and friendly (although I didn't have many encounters with staff). There is ample parking but the lot does fill up when there's no vacancy. Dirty & run down
This was one of the first and the last times we will ever stay here! The elephants eye use to be the place to be and such a cool place to have drinks that, now it is shut down. The hot tub is also drained and closed. The fitness room had peoples old drinks still sitting in the cup holders of the equipment and a very flat old blue workout ball. The water fountain in the also did not work. There is a black cover on the floor by the pool that raises up and has a padlock on it but it also has a crack on one side of it that my to... read more
Pool area was trashed. Other guests said there was a birthday party. Large rocks were thrown around the pool, sand in the pool itself. Trash and popped balloons were around the pool area and not cleaned up from the day before. We were told at check in that everything was up and running. The hot tub was down....a real let down, the poolside bar was closed. The photos from the website were deceiving. The room was "cleanish". There was visible hair in the drain, no plug so our young children could take a bath. Paint is cracked ... read more
