Walked through the hotel to the pool area to reminisce about the Elephant Eye Bar. The hotel was empty and it appeared that no one was staying there. It's age was showing.
This hotel is so run down! Not clean at all. Absolutely disgusting
I travel a lot and this place was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful beds fluffy towels very clean rooms.
The rooms are trash, hallways are dirty, bugs in pool, floods when it rains. Air doesn't work in most rooms and have mold on them. Had to change rooms a few times finally left in middle of night because fridge was buzzing loud and couldn't sleep. Manager did nothing to help with issues except move us to different rooms that had different issues. Super frustrating and refused refund or anything to make it right. Also, therea odor in rooms had to buy spray to make it manageable.
