The beds are very comfortable rooms are clean and very friendly employees
Coffee not ready at 8:30am. Front desk guy Stuart was rude when confronted with the issue. Not just rude, like needs fired asap as I will no longer stay here as long as he is employed. This place is a complete dump.
This place is dirty and run down , trash in the hallways, unkept exterior. At least the desk lady is nice and AMERICAN
Found 3 ROACHES in our room, I let the front desk know and they said people leave reviews of their being roaches to get free night and I’m gonna attach a photo to show that is not the case and there are actually roaches here
I have stayed at the Clarion Inn & Suites in Kearney multiple times and, in fact, recently switched from another hotel in town that I had been using regularly. The main reasons for the change were the reasonable pricing, friendly staff, and the spacious, clean rooms. Overall, I have been very happy with my stays here. Unfortunately, my most recent stay left me disappointed, primarily because of an interaction with the gentleman working at the front desk.
