Phil was awesome! Arrived on the early side of the 2 hour window, explained what he was going to do and got to work. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend Kearney HVAC! Easy to Chen appointment, and very pleasant when I called back with questions. They kept me informed with reminders and updates on arrival on the day of service.
John, the owner of the company was excellent at advising us what we needed to do. He did Everything he promised plus MORE we had a lot of add-ons which were done to perfection. They advised us every step of the way of who was coming and when they would be here if you’re needing Hvac work of any kind, I highly recommend this company.
Our technician, Garth, did a great job on the service call for our air conditioning system. He was professional and courteous, did a thorough job, and explained everything to us in an easy to understand way.
The crew did a great job installing our Bosch heat pump. Very professional and neat. Harry was great explaining the functionality with the new thermostat. Looking forward to using them for my service going forward. Highly recommend them.
