New management will blatantly ignore any attempt at correspondence. I went a full year with a missed parking payment that I was never notified about, they allowed fees to accrue to the tune of $700 for over a year before presenting me with charges. You will go literal months without seeing a response to your emails or calls. So if virtually nonexistent management is your style, this is the apartment complex for you.
Manager is so nice. Property Looks very well kept and formal.
