Tonight I went to Priority Care & asked to be seen for an incision I suspect is infected. I arrived right at 7:30 p.m., 30 minutes before closing. I explained I had surgery a couple hours from here & the first thing the lady asked me was did I call my surgeon. I had not, only because the day after I got home from the surgery I was taken via ambulance to the hospital for other minor complications. Dr. Terry Becker is the best doctor! He has been so kind and friendly to myself and my whole family. He does everything he can to make sure we leave the office with all our questions answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Becker to be your family doctor! I also want to praise Mary who is on the front line/answers phones. She goes out of her way to do everything in her power to help you. Every time I call and hear it's her on the other line, I KNOW the call will end on a happy note.
Took my roommate here because she was sick. Great staff friendly and we were in and out fast. Highly recommend!
Went to the primary care side of the clinic today, the DR that I seen literally cut me off every time I tried to talk, said that she’d prescribe drops and prescribed an ointment for my eye (great I won’t be able to see, the pharmacy got it switched) and slammed the door in my face. Last time I even attempt to go to chi.
