Had an appointment scheduled for 10:25. Even got a confirmation call 8/19 for my appt today 8/24 at 10:25. Showed up at 10:20, nobody at the desk. Waited 5 minutes, saw a couple patients leave, heard voices in the back, leaned over the desk and said "Hello! Hello!" Loudly toward the back. Nothing. At 10:35 called the hospital main line, at which point someone came around to the front desk. Explained I was waiting so had called the main number. Staff was kind and helpful from entry to exit. They were right on time with my appointment and I had results in my profile within an hour! Very impressed.
Went today for my annual screening. Beautiful facility with very kind people. Nice dressing area and very private. They provide a heated full length robe. I will be returning next year.
Professional, friendly experience from the minute I walked in, until I departed.
