We had a very good experience here. I chose them because they were nearby and accepted my insurance. We had a Friday morning appt for my daughter. She was seen right on time. Had the eye exam and picked out and ordered her glasses. The glasses arrived the next Monday...9 days after we ordered. We picked them up this morning, again no wait. Fit perfectly and looks great. Staff was friendly and professional. We will be back when the husband or I are ready for new glasses.

These people are at best incompetent and at worst taking advantage of people. No communication, takes months to get your glasses and when you get them they're screwed up. We've had glasses we've been waiting for over 5 months to get, every time we go in… nothing, assuming anyone is actually in the office (apparently posted business hours are totally optional). I have been going here for years, but have finally decided to switch to a new office. Reasons: 1. My husband and I made joint appointments. When we got to the office, it was so backed up with people that after an hour of waiting, we left because my husband thought he'd be late for work. 2. On my most recent visit, I ordered new glasses. Wish I read the review. Eye glasses are terribly expensive. Called to cancel order less than 24 hours after ordering. Was told someone would call back in the afternoon. Call not returned. Called the following day staff was not helpful and was told again that someone would call me back but I would not be getting a full refund because the lab starts making the lenses the minute the order is placed???after I was told it would be 2 weeks for the glasses to be in.
