Update as of 07/25 **Home still leaking and Justin Roath is rude he responds in a nonchalant manner and refuses to file this mess on their warranty insurance** I do not advise buying a home built by this construction co. Our brand new town home had a leak over our bedroom as well as kitchen windows starting in July, they did not fix until mid September. We are still awaiting repairs to the damage from The leak. while they operate separately from RJ Kearey, they are related (their son is Ryan Kearey of RJ Kearey). Attempted to obtain any type of assistance in reaching Ryan Kearey (as that firm's negligence damaged some of my personal property), and was met with unprofessionalism from someone I can only assume was Mrs. Kearey (she stated that she is Ryan's mother).
