I got highlights done by Amelia. She has done a great job, very nice and kind lady. Very sweet , had a great conversation with her. Entire staff is amazing and helpful. Anthony is a very talented and always greeting people with a smile.
I got a keratin treatment done a few months ago and the two ladies kept pulling my hair very aggressively while straightening it. It felt like they were both bullying me together. They said some very disrespectful things to me as well. They were making jokes about me with each other and laughing. Felt like a humiliation ritual. Very unprofessional. Had a haircut and root touch up with Emilia. It had been almost half a year since I did anything with my hair (trying to grow it out) and my root touch up completely blends with the highlights I have. After my appointment, Anthony called to see how I liked my hair because he didn’t get to chat with me before I left. No other salon has ever followed up with me. Will go back again for summer hair!
