I second, or third the aweful customer service! Report a problem, and I get an estimate for more service. Call Kevin Keane for him to see how aweful the service is, with his own two eyes.... got an estimate for $3500. They don't get it. You can get business.... but you also have to keep it.
Awful follow up, I left 3 messages for Mr. Keane and he never called back. Follow up is key for great Customer Service and he is lacking it!

Landscape Eutopia! – Keane Landscaping and team! What an all inclusive experience that my family and I were recommended for our landscaping dreams and visions. From the Arbors to the outdoor kitchen & patio to the landscaping, we never once had to worry about anything. Shoddy construction!! – We had a patio installed about 5 years ago by Keane. The patio began cracking less that two years later. Keane came out and patched it with a different color of patch and it never blended in with the original color. The patio cracked again, not only in the same spot but many other areas. We had spent almost $10000 on a patio that ended up with cracks in it. They came out and said they could repair it for another $1600 dollars! Awesome Landscape – I had my backyard designed and installed by Keane. It turned out amazing. I still have guest over that are in awe over it. I tell them to call Keane. The owner is a pleasure to work with.
OUTRAGEOUS! – So, I was planning to give my yard a total facelift. I had seen a sign in my neighbor's yard for Keane landscaping and I decided to give them a call. Mr. Kevin Keane personally visited my house to plan out how my yard would look. He was an extremely disgusting man, with a rude and overbearing personality. Very Bad Landscaping – I had service done by Keane Lanscaping which was horrible. I would never recommend or use them again. You should see the condition they left my yard in - I had them put a french drain in and a 10 yesr old could have done a better job. The actually robbed me for the price they charged and did not do anything in the back yard like we had agreed. I hope that you read this before you engage in business with them. Trust me - don't do it.
Worst landscape experience ever!!! – Kevin Keane visited my home,left a quote for review on getting my backyard cleaned out (only leaves picked up, there is very little grass) and cleaning out the flower beds and under the hedges, trimming the hedges, fertilizing, mowing, and edging. I asked for a little color at the front door and this ran the price up to $550!!! That is already an inflated price for those little things, but I believed him when he said we'll have your yard looking great, so I agreed. When I got to the house... read more
