I have dealt several times with KD Fine Jewelers with my precious family heirlooms that I wanted recreated. Each time I have been met with courteous and knowledgeable salespeople. I will continue to deal with KD as I have faith that they are honest and reliable and have my best interest in mind.
theyre never open and wont answer . it says by appointment only but how can i make an appointment if they never answer .
My ring has been "fixed" for the FOURTH time now, I've had to pay each time . The exact same stone, in the exact same spot, that he "fixes" every time I come in, continues to keep "breaking". He berates me every time saying I'm breaking it, I am too hard on it, I am blah blah blah. It's not fixed & the stone keeps LITERALLY falling out. By the time I'm done fixing it & paying for it EVERY SINGLE TIME, I'll have paid as much as the ring is worth.
11/23/2024 at 1:05PM the store is closed. Hours on their door says open 10AM-7PM. Door is locked and no response from ring doorbell. Nothing on door or social media says closes for lunch from… I drove 30 minutes one way to do business with them, but apparently they don’t need my business or YOURS!!! Don’t waste your time or money and I will now go to their competitor!!
I went to this establishment looking for a charm. I placed an order and was told it would be delivered the next day. Went back , my order wasn't delivered yet. Then went back again and the owner claimed they never delivered my merchandise. This store has had my deposit for over a week and still haven't gotten my merchandise. The owner trying to do anything not to return my deposit. But I will be returning to the store today. It's no more excuses, mind you I called yesterday and was told waiting on UPS.
