11/23/2024 at 1:05PM the store is closed. Hours on their door says open 10AM-7PM. Door is locked and no response from ring doorbell. Nothing on door or social media says closes for lunch from… I drove 30 minutes one way to do business with them, but apparently they don’t need my business or YOURS!!! Don’t waste your time or money and I will now go to their competitor!!
I went to this establishment looking for a charm. I placed an order and was told it would be delivered the next day. Went back , my order wasn't delivered yet. Then went back again and the owner claimed they never delivered my merchandise. This store has had my deposit for over a week and still haven't gotten my merchandise. The owner trying to do anything not to return my deposit. But I will be returning to the store today. It's no more excuses, mind you I called yesterday and was told waiting on UPS. I guess you gotta be a celebrity or something because I tried to see what thay had at the store and he wouldn't even answer the door then when he did I was told to get a flyer and call this is why I don't mess wit black owed business very unprofessional
