We had KDS do a roof assessment and replacement on our home a year and a half ago. I really enjoyed working with Troy and his crew. I found him to be knowledgeable, straight-forward, and friendly; a consummate professional. He and his crew took the time to explain things and address any questions or concerns. Troy and Frankie with KDS Builders did a beautiful job on our home. They redecked the attack, redecked the roof, and added new shingles all in a days work. Troy did an amazing job getting his crew out and working in an efficient and timely manner! He has great communication and is very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend KDS.
KDS replaced our roof after we incurred damage from a hail storm! They did an amazing job; kept trash and debris to a minimum, the crew was attentive to the details. I believe we have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Troy was available and communicative through out the entire process. Everyone was very respectful and the roof looks great! I definitely recommend and would use them again on other projects.
Adam and Troy at KDS Builders are the absolute best. Their craftsmanship and industry knowledge stands out way above the rest. A must use contractor company for sure.
KDS Builders did an amazing job with our clubhouse at Duck Creek Golf Club. Troy and his staff are professional and easy to work with. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done the right way, including assisting with the insurance company. Troy has personally followed up with me to make sure there are no issues, and has been back out to inspect the roof after storms numerous times.
