Troy and his crew at KDS were highly communicative and professional throughout the entire hail-damaged roof replacement process. Tear-off and construction was complete in less than 2 days, cleanup was complete and thorough, and Troy himself rolled up his sleeves and attended to all of the little details. If I ever have to replace another roof, I'll be calling KDS.

KDS Builders recently installed a new roof on my home after hail damage in a spring storm. I had an excellent experience with them several years ago when they constructed my new patio. After a hail storm that took out my car and roof, Troy and Ian came to survey the damage. KDS worked with my insurance, replaced the roof, repaired the damaged trim, and then set me up with a gutter guy to replace those as well. While working on the new roof, they located an area where water might pool during hard driving rains, and suggested improvements to the underlayment in that area to prevent future damage. Troy and his team were phenomenal! Very professional and kept us up to date as to pricing, materials used, etc. Our roof has never looked better! For our one story house the project took less than a day. I would recommend KDS Builders to anyone and everyone!

Troy and his team were professional folks who worked to ensure I was fully satisfied with the end results. He provided me options and constantly kept me updated on the repairs. They worked tirelessly throughout the few days to replaced my roof and interior walls. They performed quality work at competitive price. Highly recommended.
