We have been this office for over 16 years and have not problem at all, toady we got a very bad experinece! We got call few days ago to come to do a service, sealing the teeth something? And we went there and was charged $200. The reason is over 14 year old, our insurance won't cover sealing teeth anymore, we should know it and ask the front desk before go to the office. They called you come in and they have no responsiblity to tell you the price and if your insurce over or not? Good point?
The ladies at the front desk were amazingly kind! It was my daughters first visit they made her feel so comfortable! The doctor was amazing I would definitely recommend
Great dentists, great clean atmosphere. my son loves the dentist now. Jumps in his seat and isnt nervous. Just cries a bit at the end(humor). Billing department really needs revamp. consistent in error typo in labels backtrack billing (HUGE ISSUE per Delta dental) waiting for callbacks unacceptable 2021 going forward 2nd issue looking at the third issue in billing now. (Delta dental insured) "Illegal to bill for non-billable service" I beg your pardon.
