I started with KDR Fitness 3 months ago and have been given all the tools I have needed to be successful in my goals. I have lost about 30 pounds, increased my exercise and stamina, and balanced out my sleep. Ben and Jamie do a thorough job making sure that they are the right fit for you and once you are in, they show extreme care and dedication for your progress. I can’t recommend them enough if you are serious about your health goals!
They have no pricing listed anywhere but if you fill out your contact info, they supposedly send you the pricing. Only, I never got pricing, I got repeatedly asked to give them all sorts of info so they could build a personalized plan for me. When I stated I simply wanted pricing before committing to anything I was told I was rude for not wanting to have a long winded phone call and voicing my feedback that their hard sales tactics were sketchy.
