I took my mother here for an injury and everyone was very friendly and treated her very well. I truly appreciate the level of care they provided.
I don't know what's with all the bad reviews about this place. This was my first time going here. Everybody I interacted with was extremely polite and was extremely nice. I did not feel rushed at all. They actually listened to my problem and shown a genuine interest in actually helping me, explained everything very well I had an amazing experience here, and I will definitely be going back.
First and only visit. Great experience from reception to nurse to doc. Felt listened to and taken care of. Would go back.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews, this is the only dr i will willingly visit. They are very patient, very kind, and knowledgeable. The nurse and doctors are very good at explaining things to people who don’t under “doctor words”.
The one star is for the receptionist, she was professional and polite Don Ramsey on the other hand was not. He was dismissive and condescending and have the impression I was wasting his time. He did write me a couple of prescriptions but didn’t tell me what they were. A little background I had a tooth extracted 10 days before my visit. It wasn’t healing properly and my dentist was on vacation and I couldn’t get an appointment with myPCP for 2 months.
