The one star is for the receptionist, she was professional and polite Don Ramsey on the other hand was not. He was dismissive and condescending and have the impression I was wasting his time. He did write me a couple of prescriptions but didn’t tell me what they were. A little background I had a tooth extracted 10 days before my visit. Wife went in for an issue and was talked down to and treated terrible highly upset when she got home if you do go avoid Mittra Esmaeili very disrespectful and demeaning better off to go over to huntington
So me and my girlfriend had went in to get an xray for her back bc she was in a terrible car reck about 3 years ago where she broke her spine and fractured her ribs and neck well it took her a while to heal up and then 2 nights ago she felt like she fractured it again so being how I I made her go to the doc, the poor excuse of a doctor, dr.ramey immediately looked down upon her like she was a junkie then proceeds to be rude and talk down to her and then tell her she doesn't know what she's talking about and that nothing was ... read more
Had a great experience with the provider Don Ramsey at this urgent care. He listened to what I had to say and helped with my problem.
I called and asked the front office person what provider was working, because there is a particular man that I don't care for. They would not tell me who was working. Don't I have a say so in my care? Won't go back.
