Totally unresponsive to calls for service, has outgoing vacation message, work m-f only so unavailable for emergency calls. It's inexcusable to schedule an A/C service call 72 hours after contact.. and that just starts the process. This company presents itself for calls in too many areas so cannot keep up with demand for A/C service. This is not a company anyone should even attempt to use. Non responsive.

Great job. Great unit. Great crew. The installation went well, the guys were friendly and courteous (even to my barky🐕), to the least little detail. Dennis even came back later in the day to go over again how to work the Nest thermostat😜when I couldn't quite figure it out!
Van Johnson and his KDM crew just finished installing our ventilation system in our welding shop at Echols which houses the Tuscaloosa County Schools Welding technology program. They built everything custom from scratch and have more than outdone themselves...it is awesome...These folks know their stuff!!!
