God sends angels and Mrs Sandy has been one from Day 1. She has been quick to respond, eager to help and a true joy to work with.
From the owner side. KDM is extremely professional and thorough. Wendy and April are two of the ladies I have personally worked with, and both are very patient and do an excellent job of answering any questions you may have. I have personally recommend them to others looking to manage their properties and look forward to continue working with them well into the future.
We have nothing but great things to say about KDM and how quickly they resolve issues and their constant communication. Ms.April has been amazing and made sure everything that has come up has been handled in a very timely manner.
KDM is a nightmare of a property management company and their staff will prove their lack of desire to work the first time you go to pick up your keys. You’ll also get an email every other day that they won’t be in office for the most absurd holidays, or sometimes no reason at all but gone nearly the entire day. When Irene from KDM Property Management in 2021, my experience was very positive. She was professional, communicated well, and treated my property with care. Unfortunately, after Wendy took over management of my property, the quality of service declined significantly. Since I no longer live in the area, I requested updated pictures every six months to stay informed on the condition of my property.
