I have been renting business property from KDM Property Management for two years now. I have submitted two work repair orders three times each and they never make the repairs. They only give lip service then close out the repair order. They want you to pay your rent on time and IF you are late, a $100.00 service fee after 5 days. However, they haven't repaired my leaking roof or huge hole in the parking lot for two years, even after submitting multiple work orders. We really appreciate how responsive and helpful April at KDM was when we ran into an unexpected issue in our home. Even though she wasn’t our property manager, she got in touch with us quickly and stayed involved while we worked through it, helping us look for options and figure out next steps until everything was sorted out. That level of effort and attentiveness made a stressful situation much easier, and we’re very grateful for the support!
April is amazing. We recently had a situation come up and she went above and beyond to help us. Even though she isn’t our property manager, she still took the time to assist us and made sure everything was taken care of. She truly cares about helping people and does an outstanding job. You’re very lucky if you get the chance to work with her!
Kimberly at KDM has been an excellent property manager. She stays in constant communication with us regarding our rental, providing pictures and information as necessary. She has helped Mai train the property by referring us to local contractors as needed, always with excellent results! We highly recommend Kimberly and KDM management!
