I am writing to express my disappointment in KDM property management, I do not recommend this property management company to anyone, if you are looking for honesty and also if you are looking to rent a property and want your application processed fairly. I have contacted KDM VIA E-mail and still have not received contact about regarding my concerns, It has been over a week. Read KDM properties rental contract in its entirety. As a renter it will withhold the majority of your security deposit due to cleaning fees etc. Their policy on deposits is flawed. Recommend shopping for a better property management company that treats their customers with more respect!
