Pulled in front of a work van when two lanes merged into one, unbelievably the van instantly whipped into a middle turn lane only narrowly avoiding demolishing a apartment complex maintenance golf cart and did double the speed limit in a 30 mph pedestrian area before whipping back over to make sure he cut me off.
