Kapil added one item to the invoice which he did not do and was not approved from my side. When I requested him to remove this item, he started sending me abuse and threat messages He drilled wrong spot for toilet fan then he refused to fix damage he caused to ceiling after job was done
Not happy with the service, staying away is highly recommended
Kapil was great from first phone call, visited and reviewed work. Came on time, installed 1 new fan and replaced 3 fans and bathroom combo. Also replaced bathroom switch, removed old fan controllers and patched walls. Kapil was polite and very responsive to my questions and I highly recommend and would definitely use him again.
Kapil was polite, timely and knowledgeable. You just know he is honest when he talks you through the work being undertaken and you feel assured that you are not being ripped off. Highly recommend.
I invited him for a quote to change 35 dowlights to LED and install two flood lights. He quoted $1,450 to me, to which I agreed. I left him at my property to do the work and lock it once the work is completed. Later in the evening he Sent me a message asking the payment of $1,710. I refused to pay extra money to which he started sending me abusive messages. I reported him to the Consumer and Business Services.
