I am very happy with their service. Got batteries replaced for 3 of my watches. They are very skillful and have all the tools needed to do the task. Everything was done in 15 mins. I definitely recommend KDesign Studio. 😊
Had some modifications to my wedding rings done a few years ago before COVID. The changes were not exactly what I expected. Recently I went back to the store to explain that the work done was not what I was expecting. They gladly took my rings in and separated them to my satisfaction. No charge. Thanks.

Hi Kim Boudreau of K. Design Studio I have had the ultimate Best experience with my recent jewelry project. I had my wedding set repaired prongs & lowered setting, plus dipped. It looks brand new, a beautiful job indeed. Also I had a custom trinity diamond ring designed with Kim's excellent expertise. After numerous emails & pictures to communicate my wishes ( I was afraid she would give up on me), but not a chance.
