I was not happy as the process had zero results. I approached the office and only got an answer to pay for another appointment. Not sure how that type of solution works. I wouldn't recommend.

I am delighted with my CoolSculpting results at KDA! Michelle’s expertise is awesome, not only in technique but also in setting patient expectations and ensuring patient comfort.
