Everything was going great until a hateful old man showed up claiming to be the owner of this business. I was returning a pick up truck on a Sunday and the business was scheduled to be closed so I was returning via uhaul.com. This old man parks in front of the truck and comes directly over to me, asks if Im returning the truck and then tells me to come with him to the shop to return the truck.
