Kirk and team makes sure you are taken care of. As long as you're reasonable, this is great service. Remember, they have numerous customers, not just you, and don't control the weather. Good honest business.
Bill came by to do both the inspection and repair. He was exceptionally thorough, gave detailed explanations of work required and work completed, and is also just a very friendly guy.
Bill was extremely helpful. He guided me through the process with the insurance company, met with them, and helped me with my morgage company. When I had to move before he could get started, he kept me updated and completed the job. I highly recommend this company.
On time for both estimate and installation. Tidy and careful during install, and discussed options when more damage was discovered. Not the cheapest bid, but far from the most expensive. Spoke to many neighbbors after hail damage, heard horror stories. They should have called Kirk! Highly recommend!
