Though my canopy leaked like crazy, KD refunded all money as we do outside shows and can not have thousands of dollars worth of inventory destroyed and we are in Washington state ! I am pleased with there customer service.
I just bought a KD Kanopy, The problem I have is that the seams leaked, We had rain everyday and the seams seeped water, we had dripping coming in on us while it was raining, I would have figured after paying this much for a Canopy that they would have put sealant on the seams where it had been stitched.
