RecommendedI had a few shirts printed over the last couple months and they are awesome! Even on one of the shirts I wasn’t happy with at first, they re-did it no problem, no fuss, they just wanted me to be happy. If you need any custom shirts made, definitely go to Fanatics 101!!! I bought a hat/tabagon for $32 it did not fit right, so I took it back and they would give my money back, I thought policy was or is give customers there money back I WILL NOT ever shop in this store and will tell everyone I know there dishonest and rude...also they charged me full price for last yrs knitted hat it was not this years hat ...SCAMS
Michael at the Johnson City store is a miracle worker he truly shines and what he does as we walked into the mall 2 days before Halloween in a Pinch Michael at fanatics saved my son's Halloween costume and me a lot of money.. He went above and beyond his job duties required they truly put their heart into their customers thank you so much Michael for all you did.
I want to thank K D and his staff for designing and producing some of the best looking youth shirts. Great quality and great design. Stop by and see what they can do for your sports team or youth group.
I purchased a t-shirt with the local high school insignia at the fanatics store in The Mall at Johnson City. The shirts seams in the under ripped out as soon as my son wore it. I took it back to the point of sale wanting to exchange it for on that was not torn. The manager advised he could not replace since it could not be resold. I had the receipt but that made no difference. Is this the way all fanatics does business by not standing by their merchandise. If so, I definitely will advise all not to shop there.
Worst experience EVER! I literally made a purchase, walked out of the store and returned 5 minutes later to then say my daughter and I changed our minds on the purchase made a few minutes prior. Was told Sale Item purchases are final! Wait...what? Don’t you think good customer service is telling someone that prior to purchasing? Not point at a sign with tiny tiny verbiage that you can’t read and say sorry! Save yourselves the hassle and don’t make a purchase here!
