If you need to return anything to this store forget it! I was told I couldn’t have a refund after one day, this was a gift and I had the receipt in hand. I talked with the guy on the phone before I went to the JC Mall store. He made it seem like he would take care of the situation, wrong! Drove from Kingsport to JC and after about 20 mins the guy told me he couldn’t give me an in store credit either! Their solution was I would have to wait until they sent the sweatshirt back and retailer received the item, who knows how long... read more
