Honestly great service over here. Seemed knowledgeable. So far I’m happy with the tires I’m in. We will see how they do in the colder weather in a few months. They got me in quickly and the service was fast and well done. Reschedule for alignment was annoying but necessary, done quickly, and readings were shown and explained well. Will likely be using again as their warranty is just as good as alyeska but whole cost is less expensive.
Had a great experience with KD Discount Tire! I’ve been window shopping around for a while and I generally knew what I wanted, so I called in for a quote. We got a screw in our rental car tire driving from Palmer to Anchorage. I was worried about what the car rental shop would charge. We looked up KD Discount Tire and Travis really helped us out!
I ordered a set of Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail for my wife's 4Runner after speaking numerous times with Tyler (and Gabe). As others have noted, it was sometimes difficult to get them on the phone, but they always called back and usually long after closing time. This is understandable during "changeover season" as all Anchorage tire shops are incredibly busy. Overall, these guys are fantastic.
