Hired Kasey to repair water damage in my laundry room and crawl space, and his attention to detail was immaculate. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always transparent about the progress. He was also very attentive; he’s always available to answer questions and consistently on time when he said he’d be there. I have no doubt he’ll make sure any high-maintenance and meticulous clients (like myself!) are satisfied with his work.

Casey remodeled my primary bathroom shower and it turned out beautiful. He was communicative, patient with me during the design process, checked in on subs and. progress daily, and ensured every detail was perfect. He also made recommendations when he thought there was an alternative solution he thought would perform better long term. I enjoyed working with him and he will be my first call for any future projects.

I have to start this review by saying something that sounds completely ridiculous: I never actually met Kasey. We had a separate back entrance for Kasey and all of the workers. Kasey coordinated everyth... read more

Kasey of KD Design renovated our bathroom to make it more "senior friendly." My husband and I are very pleased with the quality work he did. From beginning to completion, he was a pleasure to work with, providing outstanding customer service every step of the way. He impressed us with his organizational skills, punctuality, attention to detail, communication, good relationships with his sub-contractors, and respect of our property and privacy. We encountered a major problem with incorrect tile delivered/installed by TOPS... read more

Working with KD Design has been an outright pleasure. Kasey’s unwavering attention to detail, timelines, and quality is a rare commodity. The superior quality work we received is a testament to KD design contracting only he best and experienced framers, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and everything in between. Our ADU construction began in April and was completed on time in August. Thank you Kasey for a job well done.
