This store gets 5-stars all around . Their friendless and knowledge is unmatched and they also have very competitive prices. The reason for knocking a star is related to the install which does not come from this store . So after my kitchen survey, they told me within a few days of approving my plan they would reach out to me. Amazing work from start to finish. Highly recommend K & D for all your countertop needs. Our sales rep (consultant) Alex from the Tesson location was very informative, great communication throughout, and had awesome attention to detail. Very easy to work with the whole team. Total process from picking out countertop to full installation was less than 3 weeks. Some walls received some minor damage during installation with heavy tough to fit pieces between walls. Had a great experience working with K&D and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops. Alex, at the Tesson Ferry location, helped every step of the way to make sure things ran smoothly. Also, the showroom at that location has large samples to look at instead of just the 12x12 samples, which I found helpful in making my selection. Can’t say enough good things about the quality of the services and the final product!
