Most of home rebuilt and major structural improvements. Very strong build.
I have used KD Construction for years now to create a new kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, painting and French door installation. Always happy with the service, the cost and the courteous crew.
The project entailed modernizing our kitchen, including removing a supporting wall to reveal the living room. That created an open floor plan. The removal of the supporting wall required engineering and permits. Fermin handled both and his specialists went to work on building custom cabinets, replacing the floor, changing lights to recessed lighting.
