Fermin and his crew (Luis was lead) did a great job on my bathroom remodel and replacing the bedroom/office carpet with engineered hardwood. Fermin, Luis, and the men of KD construction did a wonderful job on the remodel and addition at my home. They had to demo a 2 story structure and rebuild it from new foundations. The work was done within the 3 months they estimated and within the budget they proposed. New roof, new kitchen, new deck, and more... KD Construction came through with high quality work.
