I would not recommend using this place.. the procedure went ok, somewhat painful... The billing department is terrible, I paid everything up front, then I start getting texts saying I owe $250, get a statement saying the same thing, finally I call them and they say I owe $9... Get it together people!
Professional, yet human. It’s an unfortunate reason I’ve needed your service, but I’m at ease and comfortable in their expertise.
Everyone at KCUC are so nice and very helpful. I very much appreciate Dr. Hettinger and his team for their assistance.
The service and medical personnels were very professional and patient with me because I got tied up in two traffic jams coming from KCI airport. That would be my only complaint. Traffic!
