I opened my first bank account with KCTCU when I was ten years old and have banked with them in the twenty-three years since. They have always gone above and beyond to help me, especially Celina Certa. I have even moved out of state and prefer to keep my KCTCU account. There’s no other bank like them!
KCT is the best, they truly care and want to help. Please speak with Joezette Gonzales she is helpful and knows the meaning of Customer Service, she followed up on everything she said she would.

my debit card chip no longer works, the card expires in June of 2021 and they want to charge me a fee to replace the card...I guess I will get a chip malfunction notification 3x so that I can swipe until 2021
I have bad experiences repeatedly at your Geneva location. I try to only come in once a month and absolutely dread it. I'm a shared branch customer and now only use this account to pay my mortgage as required.
The worst credit union will be taking my banking elsewhere.
This was the second time I went through as a Co-op/Shared branching member. Had to go through more loop holes the second time than the first time. There is a sign on their drive-thru (Aurora location) stating that they are a Co-op, but they can’t do anything through the drive-thru. Slightly stupid to have a sign there when it’s not available at the drive thru. The girl was trying her best to be nice, but it came off as snide and condescending. I’d rather go to a different credit union than here again.
After returning from a vacation, my KCTCU online account would not open. It said it did not recognize my user name. After trying everything that I could think of, I called and asked for help. Joezette was wonderful. She was patient and worked a considerable amount of time with me trying to find a solution. As a former teacher, I appreciate that she could hold that same "you can do it" voice as she had to repeat something for the third time.
