The technicians who came out for our job were professional and did good work. However, be sure to get a written contract & detailed estimated invoice from KCS before work starts of what will be performed and the estimated cost for each line item/portion of the job. We asked for an invoice early on but did not get it until after the job was complete, and even then the line items did not have line item totals - only an overall total.
