Eddie and his wife came out as soon as we called. Our air conditioning went out and it was 85 degrees in the house as of 10 PM. Eddie was so very nice and upbeat! And he fixed my air conditioner during his visit at 11 PM at night!! I was stressing because I knew emergency services were going to cost me. So when he told me the price I was completely surprised. My house started cooling off before he even left the driveway. If anything ever goes wrong again, I know who I will call! Thank you so much again for saving us!!!
Eddie braved severe weather to fix my air conditioner late in the evening. He respectfully took his shoes off before he stepped on my carpet and was cordial and friendly. Done and out the door in about 20 minutes, he saved me from the unforgiving heat of the Georgia summer for a very reasonable price. I don’t ever want to use another HVAC service!
Incredibly rude and told me “no I don’t want any part of that” after asking me what year the unit was (it’s 1 year old)
