KCM, has been great. Our landlord's leasing agent, Susan Shaffer, has been considerate, responsive and frankly very interested and supportive towards the success of our business. Expectations and understanding of roles and responsibilities are extremely clear for both tenant and landlord and they take theirs very seriously. Two years in, still waiting for a catch... Probably won't be one.
KCM is easy to communicate with when it comes to any of our needs and interests and works to keep us happy and prosperous as tenants.
Everyone at KCM Commercial Property Management is great! Judy is always on top of everything and Dee and Carol in bookkeeping are great too!
