I took my car in after sliding into a curb during a recent snow storm. The lower control arm was fixed; however a sizable crack and a bent tire rim were never mentioned to me, putting my car at an increased risk for a blow. Both were readily visible, as I had not replaced the wheel cover following the accident. Very disappointed in how unthorough the work-up of my car was and the fact that I left with a car that is unsafe to drive.
I got my front brakes replaced here. When I left, my brakes were still making noises. I took my car back and of course they said they couldn't hear anything. I refused to go back, as clearly they didn't take me seriously. Went somewhere else and they said the mechanic didn't put the stuff on the back of them that lubricates them. Basic stuff that they should know. Will not go back, and will not recommend to anyone.
RecommendedEveryone at KCM are awesome. Good Honest people running a good honest business. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do business there myself!
