Horrible. Schedules an appt time to come out to look at a water heater unit that KCK installed just 1 year ago that is not getting hot now. That you take time off work for, to then have Chuck or a tech NEVER show up. No call to let you know or to reschedule. Disappointing customer service. Horrible. Still waiting on some kind of return call from Chuck. We paid for a preventative maintenance service that included two annual visits to check the air handler, but not a single visit was made. We tried to schedule appointments three times, and each time they simply didn’t show up — no warning, no follow-up, no rescheduling. Communication & customer service were extremely poor. Emails went unanswered, and when we called, we were told someone would “look into it” and call us back, but no one ever did. i never review a business, but for this it deserves it. No show on an appointment. After confirmation calls had been made. then no call or text to reasons. then ignored all calls and outreach we made to them to follow up. avoid this time waster
Chuck was referred to me by a friend but I have nothing positive to say about him or the company. We made an appointment he never showed up for, never returned my calls, voicemail or text. Waited two days with no A/c in the middle of the summer just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Gotta say this is so unprofessional and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Wish I could give a 0 star.
