i never review a business, but for this it deserves it. No show on an appointment. After confirmation calls had been made. then no call or text to reasons. then ignored all calls and outreach we made to them to follow up. avoid this time waster
Chuck was referred to me by a friend but I have nothing positive to say about him or the company. We made an appointment he never showed up for, never returned my calls, voicemail or text. Waited two days with no A/c in the middle of the summer just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Gotta say this is so unprofessional and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Wish I could give a 0 star.
Chuck and his team did a complete replacement of our split system. It took them less than a full day to complete and the installation was VERY clean. These guys know what they're doing. At every step of the way they were communicative, thorough and courteous. If you are in the area of Montgomery County MD, this is the company to work with.
