Tried to get a property from this man and all he liked to do is threaten me and my family he went as far as saying he would blow my head off I would never do business with this man and advise yall to not do business with him either
My husband and I purchased a home from them in 2017 we dealt with Efferson for a while he is a total jerk kept an insurance check that we got for our roof and he was always trying to charge us late fee's , don't know what happened but we now deal with the brother much nicer , polite and treats us with respect
If I could give them zero stars, I would. They're extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, refuse to listen to you and are extremely judgmental. Will not take your call and be professional. Will not show any properties. Loves cutting people off as they are speaking. Stay far far away from these crooks. None of their properties are really habitable. They all need thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars of maintenance, updating, etc etc. Overpriced homes that will cost you 10x of what they're really worth!
