Contacted KCC to ask about a 2nd opinion on a repair. David was friendly, prompt, listed out my options. Jack and Collin performed their work the next day and got me back up and running. Competitive pricing, excellent customer service. I will be switching my service provider to them.
Wanted to compliment the service department for KCC. They are always prompt and friendly when they show up to help us outWe have been using KCC for well over 10 years and have not had any issues with their service or people. Ashley is always friendly when she answers the phone and makes sure that we get someone out to our house.
