I have been doing business with KCC for over 30 years. We buy the service contract for 2 visits a year. They service and clean our a/c and heat unit before each season. Their employees are always knowledgeable and do an excellent job! I won't use anyone else!
We had KCC replace our Heat pump. After one year we had issues with it not working. We called KCC and the Technician came and told us the board was defective and he ordered new board and was replaced and charged us 2.5 Hrs of labor. After a month later, we had the same issue. We called KCC and they sent another technician and he looked at it and said the wires were touching. He fixed the issue. Again we were charged for the service.
