The staff was very friendly and professional as was Lauren Billington. She always takes her time, asks questions and answers my questions.
Love Dr Campbell , my only issue is the phone/computer system. It’s hard to get through. I think they have an online system now which I have not tried. I have always gotten a return call when I’ve left messages so that is good.
Every single person at KCA is wonderful. They are nice, understanding and so helpful. It really means a lot when you are in pain and emotionally spent.
Everyone was so nice, I'm glad to have a doctor at this location!
"Dr." Lauren and staff are professional, courteous, organized and CARE! We have been to other doctors for help with dementia, but she is the only one that took the time to order follow-up testing and laid out a very detailed plan of our next steps. She gave us hope and is truly a blessing.
