We could not be happier with the dream home KCA built for our family. Ken was an absolute professional, personally committed to every aspect of the project. He managed the entire journey—starting with the house design and finishing with the construction—with total dedication. Whenever we hit a snag, Ken was right there to support us. Communication was great. The KCA team's attention to detail made all the difference and truly set them apart.
My daughter and I were crossing the street and the car did not stop or wave to say sorry for crossing in front of us. It is a small town so there is no walk signal but we were already crossing when the truck passed in front of us. Not saying this a reflection upon their ability to construct but I would hope that they treat their customers with better respect.
I would highly recommend KCA Construction for anyone looking to build a new home. I was very impressed with their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. The process of building a new home can be stressful, but Ken and Tina made it as easy as possible for us. They were always available to answer our questions and address our concerns.
