Bad customer service
Had a big issue with vibration and Allen was very kind explaining to me that my type of tires and rims usually have this type of problem. He told me he wouldn't be able to fix the problem 100% but would have some ways to make it better, he explained everything he was going to do (I don't even remember half of it) and he seemed to know what he was saying and doing so I let him do his job.
